This international firm is rapidly expanding it’s financial services group and is seeking to recruit Solicitors to join the firm’s Dublin office. The current lawyers work as a team to serve clients in all of Europe’s leading investment centres and beyond.
Applications will be considered from recently qualified solicitors who have completed a rotation in financial services and who have a genuine interest in this area as well as solicitors who are currently working in this specialised area.
Applicants must have experience in the establishment of UCITS and qualifying investor funds, foreign registrations of UCITS, derivation and investment regulation and compliance.
