The Pensions & Employee Share Plans Group of this TOP 5 firm is seeking lawyers with a minimum of two years post qualification experience to join its existing team.
Lawyers in this department are involved with both the private (domestic and international) and public sectors in stand-alone advisory work and transactional work, working closely with the firm’s M&A Group. They regularly deal with a wide range of complex and challenging issues in the diverse and constantly-developing specialism of pensions law and employee incentives.
