Flexibility
A great benefit of temping is that you can work when you want to. Lex Consultancy has daily, weekly, fortnightly and longer term assignments. You can choose your assignments as to when you are available to work.

Dedicated Temp Consultant
Each temporary employee will have a dedicated temp consultant, who will meet with you initially to discuss your requirements. She/he will ensure that we place you in assignments that match those requirements. They will keep in regular contact with you throughout your assignment to see how you are getting on. They will also be contactable from 8am-6pm daily should you have any queries.

Weekly Pay
All temps are paid directly in to their bank a/c on a weekly basis.

Holiday Pay
You will receive holiday pay for all the days that you are entitled to, up to a maximum of 20 days per annum.

Competitive Rates of Pay
As we are experts in the areas that we recruit, we are in a position to negotiate the best rates for all our temps. For those of you looking to earn extra by doing overtime, we have a number of clients that offer this.

Lex Consultancy deals with a wide range of clients, therefore we will always have something to suit you.  As a result you should always be enhancing your skills and gaining further experience to add to your CV.

Temp to Perm Opportunities
Being a temporary employee in a Company gives you a valuable insight into its day to day running. If you are looking for a permanent position, it gives you the opportunity to apply for permanent positions that may arise. More often than not, temporary employees are approached regarding permanent opportunities.

Aid you in setting up a Bank Account
If you are new to the country and need to set up a bank account, one can be opened with our Bank. You will have an account set up within 3-5 working days. This will save you time and will allow you to have your wages transferred when you start work.

Assistance in registering for Tax & Social Welfare
Your temp Consultant will also advise you on how to obtain your PPS No and register for tax (For more info on this, please see ‘Working in Ireland’)
